Taman Mini Malaysia & ASEAN is situated 15 kilometres from Melaka Bandaraya Bersejarah. This unique and enchanting theme park displays many different cultural elements which shows the lifestyle of the old days of how they cook,sleep and etc.
This 37-acres of land have 2 different parks which are Taman Mini Malaysia and Taman Mini ASEAN. Taman Mini Malaysia consists of 13 states in Malaysia (Johor, Pahang,Terengganu, Kelantan, Perlis, Kedah, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Selangor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Sabah and Sarawak.) while Taman Mini ASEAN consists of 10 ASEAN countries (Indonesia,Vietnam, Laos, Burma, Brunei, Philipines, Singapore, Cambodia, Malaysia and Thailand.)
This place have several facilities and activities such as hotel,chalet, meeting and seminar packages, domitory, fish feeding, lake activities, swimming pool, basic dance workshop, team building activities, traditional games, cultural dance, arts & crafts and also horse riding. Malay,Chinese,Indian and Portugese traditional dances are shown at Pentas Teja.
This park was developed with the intention to share interest and cultivate knowledge among the visitors about the history, cultural heritage of each state and it’s traditional architectural characteristics. The houses were built in accordance to the exact life size and design by the original ones.
