Located just a couple of kilometers from the town center, it boasts a long stretch of fine, soft sand and typically clear, calm turquoise waters, making it ideal for swimming and relaxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its distinctive name originates from the Ottoman era when this specific stretch of coast was exclusively reserved for women to swim, a practice that has long since ended. Today, Ladies Beach is fully integrated and welcomes both men and women, though the name has charmingly remained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The area is well-developed, featuring a vibrant promenade lined with numerous amenities, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and shops offering souvenirs and local goods. Visitors can easily rent sunbeds and umbrellas, with free access to shower and changing facilities. While it can get very busy, especially on summer weekends with both local and international tourists, the beach offers ample space and opportunities for water sports.
