KL Tower

The Menara Kuala Lumpur, or KL Tower, is an essential stop for any visitor, offering a spectacular 360-degree panorama of the city’s skyline. Standing at 421 meters, it is one of the world’s tallest telecommunication towers and features attractions like the Observation Deck, Sky Deck, and the thrilling all-glass Sky Box. Fun fact: the tower is uniquely built within the Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve, a green lung in the heart of the city.

Kuala Lumpur’s public transport system:

  • LRT (Light Rail Transit): Take the Kelana Jaya Line to the Dang Wangi station
  • Monorail: Alight at the Bukit Nanas station.
  • Bus: The GoKL City Bus (Purple Line) stops directly at the “KL Tower” stop.

From both the LRT and Monorail stations, it’s a short 10 to 20-minute walk uphill, or you can opt for a quick taxi/e-hailing ride to the main gate. A free shuttle service is available to take you from the main gate up to the lobby area.
